TECLAB conducts Destructive and Non Destructive Tests (NDT) for materials such as concrete, steel, bricks and mortar.

The objective is to determine the extent of distress for in-service buildings. The methods used at TECLAB include visual inspection, measuring, photographing, probing and sampling.

Our assessments facilitate aspects of stress analysis, materials behaviour and the mechanics of failure into the engineering design process.
